Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return or exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). It will be the same as the original shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. 

If you need to return an item, please don't hesitate to contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Please note that certain products are subject to restrictions and cannot be shipped to international destinations. Most items will ship in one to three days. Artwork and wall art 14 to 40 days. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight and size. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
